These Purchase Terms apply to online purchases made on the Effect Sense Web Store (https://effectsense.com/).

Order Delivery Policy

Easy payment

For handling the transactions, we use secure PayPal Express Checkout. You can pay easily with a PayPal account or credit card. We cannot see your credit card or debit card numbers at any point.

High security

Our checkout page uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information. You can confirm this by seeing a padlock icon at the top of your browser window.

Digital delivery

We sell digital goods. Download links to the products are delivered to you immediately after the payment. Digital products cannot be returned. There are no shipping fees.

Email confirmation

When the payment is completed, a purchase confirmation email is sent to your email address. Order details and product download links are included in the email.

File format

Our products are delivered in ZIP files. Depending on the product, ZIP files may contain WAV audio files, PDF documents, photos, text files, and XLS spreadsheets.

Fast downloads

We are using fast and reliable Amazon S3 servers for file delivery. You can start downloading your new sound effects immediately!

Single-User License

When you make a purchase, you receive a Single-User License. In short, this license grants that:

  • You can use the sound effects in any media/live performance project you have, commercial or non-commercial, without additional fees beyond your first payment. This includes games, films, music tracks, television programmes, YouTube videos, online/tv commercials, movie trailers, radio advertisements, theatre plays, and magic shows.
  • The sound effects must be in timed synchronization with other media, or live performance, and cannot be used solely on their own. This means the end product must consist of other audio, video, or live performance, not just single, separated sound effects.
  • You cannot claim the ownership of the sound effects. Effect Sense retains all rights and ownership of the sound files.
  • You cannot redistribute or share the sound files with anyone else, even free of charge.
